I am...different...I don't act the same as others...I often describe myself as less than what I really am. How can I describe myself without sounding conceited? I will tell you I am an artist. I read, I write, I draw, I paint, I sing. I am me. Please don't ask me to change.I change enough on my own from day to day. Tomorrow you could be talking to a completely different person. I have my flaws and many of them. I can be selfish sometimes. I have a problem with jealousy. Sometimes I can seem cold and unfeeling, but I'm just trying not to let you see how I really feel. Other times I may seem emotional and clingy that is when I am feeling at my lowest, scared, lonely...but many never see this side of me. I am not very pretty, but I think I have nice eyes, and maybe nice lips...Please don't judge me on looks alone if you must judge me at all.

There's a battle raging in my mind,
The words I want to say fight to be free.
The hurt I feel is pain of a different kind.
Is this really how it has to be?
Those older than us believe love is blind,
But it's through the tears I cannot see.
