I'm the worst cook ever.
I enjoy sleep, probably a little too much.

I have curly hair. [Which I hate.]

I enjoy poetry, but I can't stand [most] poets.
I use 'dork' as a term of endearment.
I get angry too easily.
I still pretend I'm a rock star. [Especially in the shower.]
It surprises me when people do nice things for me.
I consume too much sugar.
I have a personal 'mantra', although it's not religious.
I still dance around in my underwear when no one is watching.
I wish I could travel the world, but I've never been out of the states.
I tend to have little faith in the world, but I still catch glimpses of beauty in it every day.

A lot of people have been asking me lately why I resigned from my moderator status, so I figured it might be easiest to post a little bit about it here.
The first reason was for my family. My father is ill and this isn't the best time for me to be spending a ton of time online.
Secondly, I simply do not agree with where the site is going, and do not wish to support them by being a moderator any longer. I love Gaia, don't get me wrong, but there are many aspects I strongly disagree with. It just isn't the site I joined back in '03 anymore. I could go into details about it, but perhaps just reading some of my posts in the SF will give you some more insight if you are curious.
