8D WELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL. Things are back to normal, sorta. Like, we've fallen back into a state of normalcy, and a few months ago I decided to give up after two years, so it's been about a month that I've started talking to him after that. It was weird at first, but then it just felt better, more natural. It helps let me know that I didn't make a mistake in giving up on something that probably wasn't going to happen.

Also, I created a Pokemon RP forum, that anyone's open to join. Currently, the crack! rp thread has more hits than the srs one, but it's alright. It makes me happy to see it doing so well. |D
I'm also learning what it's like to have "canon" characters in my head. @_@ They're just as bad as originals.

Although the architecture tells you that once this place had been a church, the dark interior's many tables, shelves, and counter tops lay host to a wide variety of odds and ends. Antique furniture lays strewn about, inter spaced with odd artifacts and miscellaneous exotica, as if someone had set up this place to their own comfort. The shadows seem almost to play tricks on you, for but a moment before, you could have sworn an old woman was sitting in that chair just to your left.

The boards of the floor creak, and as you turn, a man in a priest's habit smiles welcomingly, the dim light playing off the lenses of his antique glasses. "Hello," he says softly, bowing to you, "I see you've come to parouse. Please do feel free to wander and let your eyes drift, for it isn't coincidence that brought you here. Something called you in, beckoning as you passed by. Something within you simply had to have . . . something." He chuckles smoothly, "It happens to us all, I'm afraid. I myself was called in much the same, and even now, I still look for that certain thing that called me here so long ago." He pushes the glasses back from the bridge of his nose, "I hope your search is more fruitful than mine."

He leaves you then, walking back into the murky shadows of the cluttered shop. You cannot help but make note that, should you find whatever it is that called you, the priest and his little cash register are placed deceivingly close to the door.
