Hello everyone! I'm Hila, and this is my profile. For those who don't know me, I'm just an average girl, hailing from the lovely state of California. I'm a university student, so I spend most of my time doing homework and attempting to study. I procrastinate a lot though, silly me. I also enjoy spending time with my friends and boyfriend!

[CURRENT THINGS]

[HOBBY]
I'm an avid book reader, and the Harry Potter series is one of my favourite re-reads. My favorite house is Hufflepuff and my favorite characters are Neville Longbottom, Severus Snape and Luna Lovegood. I also used to watch a bunch of Japanese animation back in the day, but I'm not too current on it at the moment. Some of my favourite shows are One Piece (omg, the current manga is CRAZY!), Digimon (seasons 1-3), Azumanga Daioh, Lupin III, Cowboy Bebop, and fairly recently, Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann. As for other personal hobbies, I love learning how to cook new things, trying new foods, knitting, crocheting, sewing, etc. I'm going through a cooking craze right now. I love trying out making different kinds of pasta sauces (my favorite so far was tomato/onion/mushroom/bacon/brie -- YUM!). My favorite flower is the sunflower. I absolutely adore music! I played the clarinet all throughout middle and high school, as well as bass clarinet and percussion at times, and now I play bass clarinet in my college's concert band. I'm also learning guitar right now, though it's pretty difficult. Some of my favorite bands/artists are Queen, The Beatles, RIP SLYME, BUMP OF CHICKEN, Barenaked Ladies, The Shins, Norah Jones, The Postal Service/Death Cab For Cutie, Mellow Yellow, aiko, the pillows, Jack Johnson, Porno Graffiti...I really can't name them all though. XD I enjoy playing Yo-Yo! I'm not very good at it, but it is fun to learn new tricks.

[GAIA]
I'm a proud member of the Anti-Guild, and nearly only post there. I lurk a lot and occasionally post in SF and the GCD. In general, I like making new friends with nice, literate, people who share some of my same interests. I don't accept random friends requests though, so please do not send me one before first trying to get to know me.

My wishlist looks gigantic, I know, but it's basically just for me to keep track of the store items and other things that I want and will probably get eventually. You may donate if you like, but please don't feel obligated to because that's not really what it's intended for. ;]
