I'm Candygal3339, or Candygal, or just Candy. Whatever floats your boat.
I like to play video games, read, and listen to music. I also enjoy swimming, skiing, and playing the violin.
I go on the computer a lot, sometimes to be on artician but usually to be on Gaia (or, of course, to do homework).
On Gaia, I keep up my Art Commissions Shop with Elmihy, Li the Were Lion, and Svaler.

No.. please continue. >.> XD I was fine with the other one too... this one just has more character. I just realy liked the tavern wench skirt... but the style was a little dead ish because I couldn't find a proper top. lol. so i used a sporting vest. I've been wanting to use these new item donations I've gotten (western zodiac... I don't even remember where I got that from XD and the spirit falcon... I've yet to find use for the magical strings, though. XD)
Awww... thanks. ^^ I've gotten less compliments than usual (ninja) so I was getting worried. XD it's the first avatar that I've 1. actually bought somthing for and 2. designed all by myself. ^^ Really, though... I had finally reached my target gold amount from the shop (30k). but then i went off and bought the voracious fog for the avatar... >.< Really, I don't even like it's over poses, but the skirt works perfectly. GAh...
YAY! THANKS!! I see that you have some things on photobucket, but I'm not sure who's they are and if I should post them, so could you post 'em so tha I can conveniently transfer them to your status? Thanks... or just tell me which ones I can and which ones I shouln't. Also, you've gotten a couple more orders recently... they're on your status... and page 69... I think. I bumped most things for conveinence, so they should all be around there.
Hmmm... I guess you're right. But we'd come to expect that from Green Day... and at least it sounded definitely green day-ish. IDK - it was just a bad quality clip though were all I could hear was guitar oise, so I can't say much... the instrumentals seem okay, they still have some nice riffs. >.> In their interview, though, Skillet said that the album definitely sounded skillet ish, but I never trust what bands say. Of course they'll hype up their new album, and if it sucks then they're in no place to judge 'em. XD Also, they said some songs were harder than other ones, which sounds good... but that phrase is now treated with caution after... after... disturbed... *twitch* Also, their singles for collide and comatose were great (Savior, rebirthing, Whispers in the Dark) so... augh.... >.< Still, I should listen to you. Not make judgements until it's out... *deep breaths*
I should invade some time soon to check them out...
Elmihy is currently not in a sketch book phase... but not a master piece phase either. I want to draw easy stuff that looks good (like I said, I want to draw manga pages, not anime ones... because the shading's easier on manga ones and it just works better. XD I'm trying to incorporate my own shading into the hellsing pictures, though. >.< )
So that sketchbook is just sitting in mah room. xD
NEW SKILLET SINGLE AT THE END OF MAY OR BEGINNING OF JUNE SOOOO EXCITED *dies* Although I'm a little worried... there are a couple of previews and i'm a little concerned that they might be going down the same path as disturbed (you know... angsty in a cliche way... a little to anthematic... because they mentioned more hard stuff, which sounds good.... but the hard stuff I've heard doesn't have the vocals to back it up and doesn't have the power chords... so they're still hard rock, but ... gah. >.< I'll just wait....)
Anyway... IDK... maybe. I don't have a lot of time for it. With my finished alucard pic, I'm pretty satisfied with my pencil sketches at the moment... I think I'll take a break. I'm more interested in improving my digital art. XD I GOTTA GET MOAR ORDERS. How's your art life going?

Setting : English class, watching West Side story
Elmihy (to some guy sitting next to her): Hey, can I look at your physics notes? The test is today.
Guy (distractedly because he's watching west side story intently): sure... yeah... *gives notes*
Show continues, Elmihy scribbles. The rumble scene comes on. People die. Elmihy continues scribbling.
Elmihy (still scribbling): Hey! What's this critical angle formula?!
Guy (even more distracted): Umm... n2 over n1 or something...
Elmihy (in annoying voice): But, like, what's n2 and n1.
Guy: It's the mediums.
Elmihy: Oh... *scribbles*
Silence as we continue watching... and Elmihy scribbles.
Guy: He just killed her brother.
Elmihy: Yeah, so? It's like tybalt in Romeo and Juliet.
