Not much is known about Nico Robin. She works for Baroque works, headed by Mr. 0, and has the powers of the Hana Hana fruit, meaning she can blossom hands from anywhere on or around her body.

She helps Luffy and the Straw Hat crew to escape from Baroque works when they were being chased, but her intentions are unknown.

Nico Robin is one of the few only people in One Piece that can read ponygylph (a stone tablet in an ancient language that tells of powerful weapons crocodile is after), and has had a 79 million berry bounty on her head since she was 8, after destroying a fleet of navy ships with her cursed fruit power. Nico becomes the 7th strawhat pirate and is a archeologist. She also enjoys studying history.
