I used to be a big shot in Questions & Feedback, later in Questions & Assistance and Site Feedback. I tried to make a difference on Gaia, foolish and young as I was. I saw mistakes on Gaia and decided to point these out, so they could be fixed.
Nothing came of this. Gaia is not a company that listens to their critics. They only listen to their fans. So I grew bitter. I became angry and jaded. I scavenged the site looking for corruption for no other reason than to tell others about it.
Then I grew tired. I could not reach others. I learned something: people go on Gaia to have fun, so they are willing to blank out the corruption. I learned to do the same.
Gaia is corrupted, an experiment grown out of control. Gaia is what happens when you give a bunch of inexperienced techies and lazy artists a community of hundreds of thousands of young people.
I walk around, put on pretty clothes, talk to some old friends and play zOMG every now and then.
I laugh at the fool who thinks his opinion counts. I pity those who get worked up over the corruption on Gaia. If you have this energy, this anger, use it to make the world a better place, not Gaia. Gaia is so insignificant, spend your energy on making a difference in the world out there.
