Hi, you might know me as Lunar Raine! You can just call me Raine! Or Lunar...or LR... Or any nickname you like, as long as it isn't mean. :3 (But I do like "Raine" the best!

)

I'm eighteen years old, but I really don't feel like it. .__. I'm still around eight or nine years old at heart. <3

I enjoy writing stories, whether they're fanfiction or original storylines, and I absolutely adore RPing, and I welcome it. [Note: If you want to RP with me, I like fantasy/adventure genre RP, and I will only go with very literate, skilled RPers. Show me an example of your writing! : D]

Like many people here, I enjoy Japanese culture very much; not just the typical "lol animu desu desu desu" nonsense, but their history, folklore, and, last but certainly not least, FOOD. <3 I particularly love chashu pork ramen with tofu, seaweed, and hard-boiled egg, and my favorite snacks are azuki bean manju buns. <3

I do love anime and manga, though I generally can't sit still long enough to get through an entire series. The series I have watched, however, are as follows:
Trigun, Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro, Pretear, Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles, Ouran High School Host Club, and Azumanga Daioh.

Some anime/manga I have not finished but I watch and enjoy are: Inuyasha, Death Note, Lucky Star, Fullmetal Alchemist, Bleach, One Piece, and, uh. >> Princess Tutu. :'D

While I'm still being a massive nerd, I also absolutely love the Disney/Square Enix series Kingdom Hearts. However, I think Sora is a massive, naive little nutter and I don't like him. (Riku's okay, though.) I'm an Organization XIII fangirl (Marluxia in particular, as you may have noticed from my signature, has been my victim for almost two years running <3) and I'm very excited for the North American release of the DS title 358/2 Days.

I'm also trying to learn to speak Japanese (not exactly a useful skill considering I live in a little redneck town in a WIND TUNNEL) but I'm not very good at it yet. I can't wait to learn to read and write it as well. I promise that you'll never catch me speaking "Wapanese" online. Heehee. If you would like to know how I'm learning, I have in my possession a Nintendo DS game called "My Japanese Coach". It's very worth the money; not only does it teach you phrases/words, but it goes very in-depth over grammatical structures, politeness levels...all highly useful information. It also teaches you how to write in Japanese, something I am very excited about, and I practice whenever I can.

As an afterthought: I HATE TWILIGHT so. Just thought I'd make a mortal enemy out of thousands of tweeners. It's the most boring and unimaginative book I have ever had the displeasure to read. If you like Twilight, then don't even bother trying to talk to me because I'll probably just ignore you.
