Hello everybody, I am Lucius Belcoeur, a French Gaian.

I'm member of this world since september 2006. And I welcome you on this profile! So, this is my first year on Gaia... YAY !!

Who am I? A former newbie here! I began to work few days before I entered your world. I left my home behind me, and settled in the east of my country. In fact, I made an oath of allegiance to the Leviathan on the first day of september. That's my task, I learnt how to be its servant... what I am now forever. Then, last summer, I went forward to the east. Well, I'm on the German border now, I can't continue.

What are my tastes? I'm fond of history : many periods fascinate me, from the Antiquity of Assyria and Rome, the Middle Age, the French Revolution and Empire, to the war of Indochine. Of course, I love history of France, but also of many areas.
I also like politics, and I'm proud to be involved in. Vive la Republique!

What? Music? Well, my tastes are eclectic. I love classical music, romantic (Hector Berlioz is the best!) ; and also music and songs related to history (political, military, popular). Pop and rock : the Beatles, Dionysos (a crazy french band!), Hooverphonic, the Corrs, many random things (the last band I discovered on Gaia : Eisley). And now, many musics of anime, and even a bit of J-rock.

I'm also a movie enthusiast : I love old films of Renoir, John Ford, Hitchcock, Eisenstein...
I love French cheeses and mustard rabbit, wine of Bordeaux and Belgian beer.
Not really a sportsman : I'm only a swordsman, I practiced fencing with a foil : beware my deadly flashing blade! (Hello Masa! Kiss!)

Salutations to my Gaia friends. Special thanks to my "family" around ErikaNapoleonica (she's back! OMZ!). Thanks to them, I discovered the strange culture of anime and manga that I ignored before.
So, I am now a sort of J-fan civil servant. A guy able to watch childy animes and to read Virgil ; a young man with a suit and a tie buying mangas in the bookshop !
