I'm Luin.

Chances are, I will like you.

I like colors.
Bright, dark, doesn't matter.
But I really like rainbows.
I don't know why.
I like cupcakes, but really just the icing.
I love spring rolls, I crave it especially when I'm sick.
I like saving the best for last.

I'm a literate person.
I like people who are literate.
I can deal with chat speak, but if I can't understand what you're saying, I will make you rewrite what you told me.

I love lengthening words.
I love typing words wrong, like "whut" and "inorite?"
I use smilies a lot.
I tend to abuse :/, 83, and X3.
If I say "Eeeee X3" It means something is cute, "thank you", or "you're embarrassing me (in the good way)".

I love talking to people who will hold a conversation with me.
To me, talking is not a "hi/bye" thing.
In-depth conversations are great.
Normal conversations are great.
Conversations consisting of smiles and the occasional word are not great.
Conversations that are really, really short are not great.

I have a lot of IMing clients, but I mostly use AIM.
My screen name is theanneh, but only IM me if you'll talk to me.

I like listening to people.
Sometimes I talk too much, and I people think I don't listen.
Sometimes I talk too little, and I people think I don't contribute to a conversation.
If I feel left out of a conversation, I stop talking.

I'm a nice person, unless you're mean.
And even then, I'll probably be nice to you.
I don't like to be told off.
I don't like to be yelled at.
I don't like people calling me a "b***h," even if I'm being one.
... Unless it's in a good way.

When you're sad, I'm sad.
If you talk to me about sad things, I'll probably cry.
If you're my friend and you tell me you hate me, I will cry.

If I'm sad and I choose you to talk about it to, you're lucky.
I feel uncomfortable sharing feelings sometimes.
Sometimes I come off as cold or unfeeling, or not invested into a relationship; friendship or otherwise.

I get embarrassed easily.
I come on too strong.
Most people think I'm insane or not right in the head.
I try to get passed that, just know that I'm not really that bad.

I'm a touchy-feely person.
I like getting hugs, being held, etc.
I'm a romantic at heart.

I like getting my way.
If I say I like something, I mean it.
If I say I don't like something, I mean it.
However, my opinions can be changed easily.

I like change, in most cases.
Small things, like hair cuts, I change all the time.
Big things, like moving, I'm less fond of.

On that note, I have mood-swings a lot.
I try not to make it obvious.
But sometimes I just can't help being "here and there."

I like cute things.
I love cute things.
If I call you cute, it means I like you.
I do like yaoi, but not as much as I used to.
I like it more for the characters than the fact that something is "gay".
Though when I'm feeling bad in any way, one of the biggest things that can make me feel better is a big 'ol dose of gayness.

I created two characters, Luin and Damien.
They're what I obsess over, and I love them to death.
It may sound weird to you, but they're a part of me.
Drawing them for me will probably make me love you.

I obsess over things easily, but few things keep my attention for very long.
I always start projects, but never finish them for this reason.
I change my avi hourly for this reason.

I love music.
I like finding bands and listening to all of their music: It's always that one track buried in the middle of an album that ends up being the best.
I listen to all kinds of music, and if you recommend a band to me I'll probably like it.
My favorite kinds of music give off a happy feeling, but that varies with the artist I'm obsessing over at the moment.
If I listen to a sad song, I get sad. If I listen to a happy song, I may not be happy.
I tend to listen to the same song over and over again.

I love to sing.
In fact, I sing walking down the halls -- but only if someone else is singing with me (AKA Benji)

I love reading.
Especially comic books.
I don't care the genre: Even though people think I only like romance and comedy, I'll read anything and everything.
I don't like it when people judge a comic based on the fact that it's "Manga," or "American," or whatever other stereotypes there are.

I also don't like it when people only watch say, anime, and don't ever try anything different.
I like to be able to mention something like House in a conversation and not have someone respond with, "Well, I don't watch any of those shows. Only anime is worth my time. Everything else is just a waste."
I've had this said to me, and I felt like biting the person in front of me.

I love drawing.
I don't like it when people say, "Oh, so you draw anime?"
I don't believe my art is anime, as I'm not Japanese in any way -- and my art isn't animated, for that matter.
I don't like a lot of what I draw.
Sometimes, I do, but I feel conceited so I end up not liking it.

I don't give out free art much anymore.
If you get free art from me unprompted, it means I like you.
So be happy.

I can't watch horror movies.
I freak myself out easily, and loose a lot of sleep because of it.
I can't watch sad movies.
They make me cry.
A lot.

I can get overly-paranoid.
Sometimes, I get worked up over small absences.
I might think you've died or something, even if you haven't.
If I over-react when you come back, just be nice and calm me down.

I love getting hugs.
I'm not good at responding to complements.

I'm not athletic.
I don't understand sports.

If you think I'm closed minded, I'd like to know why.
If you think I'm normal, obviously you don't know me.
If you hate me, I don't want to hear about your issues, I don't want to be in contact with people who hate me.
If you love me, I'll have to question why.
If you think I'm some sort of yaoi-obsessed freak, then you don't know who I really am.

If you read all of that I'm proud of you.
And... yeah.
