You know, it's a bit strange. I never even knew you, but all of a sudden, you (or rather, your Gaian username) sprouted in my mind and I felt compelled to go to Gaia to see you.
Imagine my surprise, seeing the Unicorn monthly collectible in the announcements.
I thought of you immediately once I saw it and, after thinking about how cute and pretty the item was, felt an overwhelming amount of sorrow. I don't know why... perhaps because it was because the new item was something you would have loved to see or because it reminded me of The Last Unicorn - I honestly don't know.
But I just had to stop by, and leave a comment. I hope that, wherever you may be, you can see this. And smile. And laugh.
I hope one day I can meet you and tell you that I really like unicorns, too. ^^

Was thinking about you today and decided to visit your profile, read all the comments. Did I really never write anything to you after you passed...? Just an emoticon? I was so upset, so scared you were mad at me, and for the longest time I thought that if only I hadn't had my head so far up my a**, maybe I could have.. I don't know, maybe you wouldn't have been as stressed out. I loved you so, so much, and I wish I had stopped my trip in California and come out to say hello to you and your wife.
I still experience new things and want to tell you about them. New music I think you'd like. Hey, did you know there's a group called Vitamin String Quartet? They do string quartet tributes to rock songs. Other things, too, but mostly rock songs. They've done Dragonforce. I remember listening to your profile music once and thinking it was mine for a bit because we had a few of the same songs, one of them Through the Fire and the Flames. I wonder if I had told you about VSQ, if you'd already have heard of them.
You made an impression upon my life that will always be there. Some things will make me think of you always. I'll never forget what a great person you are.
