I just put up a long notice on the first page of the discussion. Hopefully that'll steer the discussion in the right direction. I kind of doubt it though, because I think you're right. Blah. I'm guilty of it too sometimes. Never in the ED though. I usually take my silly arguments to the CB. Sometimes when you're having a bad day it feels good to tell someone "YOU'RE SILLY AND INCORRECT". I try to only do this in situations when the person really is silly and incorrect. But perhaps this is just karma.

Just a random comment to say thank you. Not necessarily for agreeing with me, as I'm sure there are more in depth parts of the topic we'd disagree on, but just, not trying like a lunatic to just be right and make everyone wrong. I put that topic in the ED so I could have lots of views and perceptions that weren't so 'brick wall'. And I actually intended the conversation to go in more positive directions, not at all like it turned out as just a debate on the existence of happiness. O_O So thank you for being an intelligent debatist? Debater?
