Hello friends, visitors and anyone else inbetween.
It's still winter but hopefully spring will come early (the groundhog predicted it!) and the gloomy weather will finally stop. My name is Jerry and as of the end of this month I am 22 years old and almost graduating from college.
I have a steady part-time job (with these hours I'm not sure if we should label it that way due to my butt aching all the time) that keeps me on my toes, a great set of friends, and a wonderful family.
My interests include reading, painting, and communicating with others. I hope to achieve great success in my field as I plan to advocate for the will of the many and the needs of the less fortunate. When I'm not in class or studying I love to visit my local library and bookstore, this is the perfect oppurtunity for me to catch up on some new reading material and also lends me a concentration area where I can keep focus.
Well seeing as that I use Gaia occasional, I tend to meet new people and join communities who appreciate similiar interests and values that I share.
The economy has definitely been hard on everyone and with midterms coming up I won't be around so often as I'd like. Here are some basic things about myself:
