Hi, I love your avi and would like to invite you to in the Miss Gaia Nations 2010 pageant, which will begin in January 4, 2010. You must pick a country which you will represent throughout the pageant. You will need a national costume for the first round. I hope u accept. The winner will get 10k and finalist will also get money and prizes. Hope you compete! smile

make sure you do the right exercises though.
I know a few people who are overweight and work out all the time.
yet they keep getting more fat.
Reason: the workouts they do builds muscle but dosent cut down on fat.
so at the same time they are extremely strong and athletic....yet fat.

Rock hard abs......with a inch of fat on top.
