Yes, I bet he was, I remember a year ago or so, I really wanted one, but we have 2 dogs, and one is a large sporting dog(weimaraner).

Tomorrow will be the 1st anniversary of my Siamese cat Sasha's death. She died unexpectedly when I was on my first band trip. v.v I still miss her, but I know she's in a better place like your hamster.
