For starters, I am Ron. I live in Western New York, am out of school, and am unemployed at this time.
I am in a relationship with the most amazing girl in the world, whom we shall call Thorn Venatrix for she would kill me if I released her real name to the public. Thorn is the most amazing girl I have ever met, and I love her more than anything in the world. She is an incredibly beautiful and creative girl with a burning passion for all things spiffy. We share an uncanny bond that sees us interested in many of the same things, but with enough differences that it gives our relationship a bit of spice. I would do anything in the world for her, and I hold her above anyone and everyone else.
I do my best to help out my friends and, with doing such, I believe that I deserve the same in return. I believe that two-faced people suck and I do my best to keep them out of my life since they can't do anything positive for me in return for my services. Also, when you get on my bad side, there are very, very few opportunities to redeem yourself in my eyes. Some people I cannot stay mad at, but that doesn't take away the sense of betrayal when you stab me in the back and it actually makes me feel worse when there's a deep bond created between myself and another person and they stab me in the back.
I'm a very political person and tend to associate with the ideals of socialism and communism most. I formerly backed Ohio Congressman Dennis Kucinich in his race for the White House as I believe he is the best answer for this nation, but because the media is incredibly biased, he had to drop out. So as of now, I'm supporting Illinois senator Barack Obama.
I am a firm supporter of gay rights and participated in the Day of Silence this last April as a way to mirror the silence faced by many homosexuals, lesbians, bisexuals, and transgender individuals. Since it appears as though many people don't know the difference: "gay" is not a synonym for "stupid". Learn that they are not one in the same and you'll have some sort of points in my book.
I also believe in a woman's right to choose. I believe that there should be limited restrictions ..ion since it's none of the government's business what women do with their bodies. An embryo is not a fetus until ten weeks in, and, thusly, during that time or if medical complications surface later that result in a woman's life in danger, women should have the choice to get an abortion if they so choose.
Some people enjoy using colouring utensils and paper to make art, I like to use my guitars and musical knowledge. I tend to play music ranging from classic rock to heavy metal. My main influences lie in the likes of Pink Floyd, Metallica, Dead Kennedys, and basically anything else you can throw at me.
My musical taste varies greatly and is as deep as the darkest ocean. It resides primarily in heavy metal and classic rock, but has gone to many different genres in the last few years including classical, country, indie, punk, and metalcore. Just to name a few.
Very few people understand me, which is why I'm convinced I'm as "shy" as I am. I have a tendency to obsess over certain things and people because I care a great deal about them. I also have a psychotic vibe, or at least that's how I feel internally. I'm somewhat unstable because my life is always pretty chaotic.
