I'd like to try apple, but that one looks kind of involved and I don't want a repeat of the great ice cream cake accident, which I'm sure Kaitlyn told you about. Pumpkin is easy though if I buy the filling. Of course I'll have to make three just so there's enough for me.

That sounds so great. All I've got here is the cheap powdered stuff. I'm going to try making a pie for Thanksgiving. Jason's mom is coming over to cook for us because my family is going to L.A. to see my brother, so she can protect me from Jason if I mess up and get pie filling all over the kitchen.
