I typed up a mini-bio for a friend... figured I'd put it here.

Update: In Korea for a year teaching English.
urmm...
Born, bred and currently living in Oregon.
Moved out when I was 14, graduated high school in '98 and college in '03. Degree in English, minor in writing.
I love traveling: backpacked Europe for 10 months and drove for 2 months across Canada and back across the U.S.
Work as a tree climber: climbing in oldgrowth and second-growth forests conducting endangered species habitat surveys. I'm also pretty handy with a chainsaw (pruning, topping, and removal.)
An avid skater, dancer, and partier... until I ripped multiple tendons in my right foot skateboarding 5 months ago.
I am now, at the age of 25, sitting at my parent's house on the coast while I attempt to rehabilitate my foot. As a result, I have ample time to waste online.
Found Gaia in Oct. of this year while searching this vast pool of informational resources for some mindless form of amusement. I have found it.

I am rolling along, just working part time and trying to find another job. It is not a good time for that, but I am trying.
