I meant the RIGs were dumping tons of mythrill coins (and their equivalents) into the economy. The items themselves don't really make a difference on the economy (except that they discourage people from using the gold shop because they want to save their gold to buy other items before the inflate, defeating the purpose of using the gold shops as gold sinks).

I can't type chinese on my laptop, so I'm one of those "silly english speaking americans" anyway. xD;

More like "RIGs = gold being dumped in the economy at a ridiculous rate = MASSIVE inflation. If the gold earning rate was the same as it was back in the day, the gold in the economy should still have been proportional to the number of users joining and inflation would have occurred much more slowly over a longer period of time.

Mm, yeah, same here. I DID meet xXend of al hopeXx on gaia, but we almost always talk on skype now. We only occasionally lurk in each other's threads on gaia. *sigh* It's hard to earn gold for new items when you're totally unmotivated to do anything on gaia anymore. :[

I just hate 90% of Gaia (trolls and such) and don't feel like taking the time to seek out the 10% that might be reasonable to talk to. It's easier just to go down my friends list, but even so...most of my friends aren't active on Gaia anymore and I still have no one to talk to. I mostly lurk a lot, but I really don't get very involved in much of anything these days anymore. :[

Yeah, my profile was really dead for a long time too. @_____@;; We've just kind of faded out of existence on Gaia (it's kind of depressing actually xD; ). That and the fact that many of our friends have quit over the years...
