I haven't been teaching much lately because there are talks of the club shutting down because the guy we are renting the building from wants to hike up the prices so he can use the building for his building.

Yeah, judo is very competitive and there are a ton of politics between the clubs.
That's why I stopped, still a great hobby to get into.
