Honestly to sit here and list the things that keep me sane would take all day. I can tell you i owe a large part of my life to Amy Lynn Long. Through all the crap life throws at me, she was there. Even when I made a mistake that hurt her, she forgave me. We try not to let trivial stuff come between us. She is my best friend, my sister, my heart. I would not be here today with out her by my side.
