Phhh, Harry was crying back when it was still cool! And I don't think Draco should get points for being a man because he cried. First, he was trying a very hard task for the most badassed evil dude out there; enough to scare anyone. Two, he was doing it in private still. Three, he's the kind that never wants to display emotion to anyone (save confidence, boredom, and annoyance maybe). No points for being a "real man."
