American Studies?
What do you learn? How dumb Americans have been throughout history? xd
How hard our government/societal structure fails?
I honestly can't see anything positive coming out of studying America. Except for maybe what NOT to do if you start your own country. xP

Ah. I guess my name's most notable in the GCD. But really I forum hop too much. Mostly between C&T, GCD, & PD though I guess now LD must be added. I miss C&T but I got kind of bored. You can only take so much of a Q&A forum. Miss PD too but I've no time to make profiles anymore.

Yup. Navy. It's cool so far. Celebrating holidays? My break starts next week. I'm going to kentucky with my best friend to hang out with his family a few days, then we're hanging out with my family a few days. We both separate and celebrate christmas with our respective families. After that he goes to illinois to visit his girlfriend and I go to New York to visit my extended family. We'll both be back in florida on the third of januaury. Our schedule's pretty packed, lol. I've really learned some time management skills because of military.

Good luck in Uni. What're you doing for your break?

Haha. I didn't know I was that well known that simply seeing my name somewhere would be disorienting. I haven't posted in the GCD for almost a year, now.
Things are good, currently. I really like navy life. I have a girlfriend, she's a marine. And could very easily break me in two, but doesn't. This is incredibly attractive to me. xd
What about you?

I'm not on Gaia enough to know what's going on. Can't talk about gaia effectively if I'm not on it a lot, you know?
It does feel weird sometimes, though.

But I think I may like LD a bit better. ED/LI were the very first forums I started in, anyway. Back then LD didn't exist. (But neither did GCD, lol)

Cool. You might want to check out Seattle, Washington, at the Northwest corner of the country. Not far from Vancouver, Canada. Both have very nice asian communities. A cool picture thread: http://www.city-data.com/forum/seattle-area/787857-fall-seattle-part-i.html

Hmm, Indiana isn't far from Chicago, IL. Definitely worth seeing. Michigan and the great lakes aren't too far off either. So what's bringing you to the state of Indiana?

That's cool! I used to watch Most Haunted all the time on the Travel Channel. There's ghost shows popping up everywhere on tv. Paranormal State, Ghost Lab, many others. Some teams investigate for the experience and others go in as skeptics and try to debunk the claims. I like seeing a little bit of both.

I've done a little ghost hunting but haven't come up with any evidence. That's something I want to do some more. Especially out in the old ghost towns around here, like Tombstone, Arizona.

I have not seen it yet, but hope to soon. The last movie I saw that dealt with ghosts was A Haunting in Connecticut. I thought it was pretty good.

I tend to watch a lot of the ghost investigation shows on TV like Ghost Hunters, Ghost Adventures, etc. Only thing with those shows is that I sometimes wonder if some of the "evidence" is faked for ratings.

Hmm. At the house I lived in at Maine, we heard old music from the early 1900's playing very faintly from within the house. And at my friend's parent's friend's house, there were a few times when all of the lights in the house were on when she got home. All the locks in the house were changed and it still happened. The lady's husband did die in that house.
