About Me
In real life, I'm very quiet and laid-back. I'm often the listener in conversations rather than the speaker, but I do respond if you talk to me. I'm also not much of an adventurer, but I would enjoy visiting certain places. It's nice to see places that look different from home. But I'm fine with staying in the house days on end. I hardly ever suffer from cabin fever or loneliness. I can really occupy myself with my mind. I think a lot. You know, introspective (or something). You'd want to hang around me if you feel like relaxing. But if you want a thrill, avoid me. Hah. Unless I'm comfortable around you. Maybe. That's if I'm in the goofy mood.

I try my best to be a strong individual, but I do often worry about things. I believe it's very important to be responsible. I can get easily annoyed if you are not, like getting drunk on a day before a test. I dunno. I think 'work first, play later.' I can care about people's feelings depending on the situation, though I personally think I suck at trying to empathise with others. I also am trustworthy. I'd flip if I lost something that someone lended to me to keep an eye on. I treat it like it's my own. I have trouble trusting others, though. It's something you need to earn.

At times, I can come off professionally. At other times, I come off as a goofball, especially moreso when I'm bored. You would see if you were here. I supposedly make a lot of weird faces. I usually use a lot of facial expressions anyway since I'm the quiet type.

ANYWAY, I like art to an extent. I try to dress nicely, and when I have a home, I want it to look all artistic, too. When it comes to clothes, I can dress just blah if I'm not in the mood. Like just a hoody and jeans. And I wear crocs because they're comfy. My feet love them.

I for some reason enjoy math--probably anything that involves problem-solving, which is why to an extent I like solving people's problems, especially if it's OCD-related for some reason.

Ummm.... If you can tell from my profile, I'm neat and organised. Or I try to be. (I still see it as a bit messy.)

Oh, and most of my days, I'm on the computer. I did spend a lot of my summer playing video games. I've played a ton of video games. Like over 150. I sometimes watch TV, too, though nothing's usually that great. Or I just chill with my family. I hardly go out because going out cost money.

On money, I'm very financially conservative. I make sure that my money is going to important things, like college books or loans. The same goes for my boyfriend. I don't want him to buy me gifts. He can use it on more important things. I really, really would like a job, but the economy prevents me from having one.

Also, I'm not romantic. Hardly at all. Because of this, I dislike most romantic movies, especially Disney, because I think they give a false sense of what love is. If you search through my journal, you can find my theory on it.

I also hate noise. If I could, I'd move to the surburbs. I'm sick of hearing motorcycles outside the window. Loud noise drives me insane. I can't sleep if I hear some disruptive noise, like a TV, in the background. The fan and AC are fine, though. Probably because they're white noise. (I also can't sleep with light either. I use a sleeping mask.)

I don't really care for music much. I hardly ever listen to it unless I'm very bored.

Generally, I like rock, electric, and video game music. There are some anime music I like, but I hate most. You will probably never hear me listen to country, death metal, rap, or hip-hop, but I am guilty to liking a very few. (Like some of Kanye West's songs are good.)

My favorite bands are Incubus and Muse. I also like a lot of songs by The Dear Hunter and Mindless Self Indulgence, though I have grown bored of their music. (I slowly am with Muse, too.)

Of anime, there's Ilaria Graziano, Steve Conte, and Maaya Sakamoto. Ghost in the Shell and Wolf's Rain has good music. I guess Cowboy Bebop, too.

Of video games, there's Yasunori Mitsuda, Nobuo Uematsu, Yoko Shimomura, Koji Kondo. Soundtrack-wise, there's The Legend of Zelda, Final Fantasy 7, Kingdom Hearts 1&2, Brave Fencer Musashi, Terranigma, Tetrisphere, Donkey Kong Country 2, DDR
