His reflexes are fast but he isn't very fast when it comes to running. He struggles to catch up to the rest of his friends.
Foster has wings he keeps hidden under his clothes. He has an egg-like orb inside him that he releases in case he were to die and it will give birth to him again as long as it is kept close to something that was close to him. The egg takes a year to grow back.
Oh yeah he can like shoot green bolts of energy from his hands and s**t.

IV History:
Foster grew up in a forest away from humans. He protects the forest with his life uh.... Most of his people died a long time ago or something and stuff. He is friends with the aminals.
Foster in unsure of where he came from, some of the tales say he came from the wish'es of the forest, it needed a protector and one day Foster was there. He has spend his whole life in the forest, protecting it from hunters, foresters, and trappers. The animals are his friends and the trees his brothers and sisters.
Despite being quite annoyed with humans he longs for there companionship, seeking to fill the voil left by the loss of his people.
