Even though we are in complete disagreement when it comes to abortion, I have a lot of respect for your opinion on the matter. You seem to have done a lot more research and thinking on the subject than most pro-lifers and pro-choicers in general.

Oh man. Exactly. I know. I'm trying so hard to do some major things here and while I'm making progress (I'm having lots of speakers come, LGBT training for our education majors, panels from PFLAG coming, etc) it just doesn't seem to be enough to get people excited about helping out. There's like me and two other people that are really committing their time to the organization and out of those I am the only one out of FOUR OFFICERS that even give a s**t. But I can't exactly tell them I don't want them to be officers. But it seems like they are just doing it for the titles or something. Ugh I'm so upset.

I've been pushing for things to change there since I was elected last year, and so far hardly anything has been accomplished. It's so hard when the system is working against you and there aren't many other students motivated to help.
