I've seen Nightwish 3 times live, and met everyone except Annette. Everyone in that band is cool as hell. Tuomas especially. He always takes time after every show to go chill with fans. Ever hear of Sonata Arctica?

There's a little bit of mainstream hip hop and rap I enjoy, but that's definitely the area of music I typically enjoy LEAST. My hierarchy of music I like usually goes Metal (Symphonic Metal and melodic death metal, in particular. Nightwish is my favorite band), SOME hardcore (usually more post-hardcore or metalcore), Classical (I include original scores for soundtracks in this, including video games), Electronica, Alt. Rock, Classic Rock, Indie, J-Pop/Rock, Underground Rap/Hip hop, really really good country, then some of the stuff that gets radio play in the pop/rap/rock/whatever genres. The first like 7-8 categories are all blended into how my band writes music.
