MISSION 1: SPIRALS ARMY

Well there has been some talk about spiral getting an army for retalliation of being banned from GPD and MPD,
but Commander Joe has decided to leave MPD. Then saw comments on MPD saying that he wasnt a good leader and
decided to not help them with there struggle to get ready to defend themselves. I have seen spiral with a group of about
10 once in MTV but I couldnt tell becuae there was a scripter in there. These retalliations Will conflict and Kill MPD members
and maybe some other.
