Hi.
I'm Nancy.
And a few months ago, I realized that I had a silly liking for a site called gaia.
My life has grown too busy, all the time. I have a life, and even though I may not be playing a major role in it right now, I still know that I need to live it. Life takes practice, people take practice, love takes practice, and you only have so much ******** time before it all goes away. All that practice, gone. It's not that I think you are all weird, or rude. No, it's that I think we're getting a little TOO caught up in technology, and I don't want to be one of those people. Yeah, it's important for our minds, and for the world to advance as a whole, but is it completely necessary right now? No.
I've connected, somehow, with people I haven't even met in person, and it's mesmerizing, really. I wish I could give you a reason to why I'm taking a break, or leaving, or departing, but thing is, I don't. I may not be cunning in the art of being beautiful, popular, athletic, but I've begun to accept me for who I am, and it appears that I can't pen in gaia to my everyday life anymore. I'm just too busy. If you're reading this, and I sure as hell hope you are because I went through the effort writing it..
I know, you're bored. We're all bored, but that's what makes you realize what you can really do. How you can do it, and why you can do it. And I know I sound cheesy as hell, and if you ARE actually reading this, you're probably wondering why the hell am I giving you a lecture/pep talk. I just don't want you to be caught up in a world where you'll never see someone's face (unless you webcam with them, lawlz). In a world where people are offered that, isn't that a best bet? I'm not overprotective, and lately, I don't really care. Truth is, I care about you. I want people to interact, really interact. And I guess that's why I'm leaving. If you really wanted to get in contact with me, you would've made the effort by now. I have an e-mail, and msn, and aim, and yahoo. If you really do want it.. then leave me comments, which is stupid because I doubt I am going to be getting on too much anymore.
