Keep your chin up: emotions add to you bodies capability to work as it should. Never be negative, keep positive, get plenty of rest when needed, and above all else fluids. If you let your body work to repel the virus, then your body will grow stronger. Don't solely rely on the Shots (I never got flu shots and I have yet to get them.) (But I do get the flu when I get the shot so that is why.).
