I'm afraid you'll probably have to find it elsewhere, I think the copyright dragons have removed all episodes from YouTube.

Oh, it's a British sitcom set in a bookshop called "Black Books". The owner is Bernard Black, a mean-spirited b*****d who hates customers.
He's a bit of a Basil Fawlty sort of character.
