I pulled a piece of dog fur
From my lip the other day.
And looking at it then
I didn't know what to say.
I'm not use to being
in an empty house
or having no one home
when I'm by myself.
I miss that stupid dog smell
Of sand and dirt and sea
The chill of the wind blown
as I'm being pulled along
I miss the excited skitter
after asking for a walk.
I miss the dirt stain on the wall
And the romping down the hall.
The clucking rabbit
and squeaking duck
Most of all
I miss my dirty mutt.
The creaking of the dog door
As we took it in and out.
And the wind slapping
Through the dog door flapping
Tickling my hair.
But now
I'm not tripping over
Food bowls on the floor.
Or accedentally stepping
In a water dish.
There's no more wind blowing
through the dog door gap
No need for the dog door anymore.
A poem's hard to write you see
When you say good bye
to the one that loved you most
Yes I'm sad
for the lack of fur,
the faded stain
and no more clicking claws
But she lives on in my heart.

well it can get boring at ties or annoying cause it is too busy even to take a break.. but i like it cause all of the coworkers and my bosses even my manager are really nice to me and everyone else that works there. so the environment is something i look forward to be working in. plus its better then slowly spending money into being broke. which was wat i was doing before i got the job.
but i do enjoy going there for the pay and the people that work there. as for the work i dont ind it at all(even though im exusted by the end of a busy night)
i hope you get a good job soon ^-^
for me i dont go every night to the job.. i get schedualed on a day or days to come in.
so it could range anywhere during the week monday to sunday. (though sundays and monday the resturaunt is closed so when im called down to work on those days i know automaticly its a function)
the latest ive been there till was just before midnight.
i got the job through a contact on the inside of the work force..
that being the wife of the the owner of the restaurant the wife was one of my teachers in grade school
its been rather boring for me.. but i did get a job working as a busboy at a restaurant in town. im working double this sunday since ill be working there and doing work at two functions. gonk
and well now im single since me and jessie broke up..
um lets see wat else.. oh yah im kinda a booty graboholic now.. since i need gold for my 6 million gold quest. to buy 3 gaian swords. gonk burning_eyes
