I just love octopus, they are the most beautiful animals on the earth, i even start a collection... Mug, t-shirts, picture frame... Yeah i'm kinda crazy.

our local salt water pet store was selling one that was smaller than my fist, but i"m sure they grow pretty fast, when we had it set up, the tank was a 55gallon, so it would have kept him for a while at least

you don't really have to be rich, at least not around here, you just have to be able to take care of a salt water tank and the octopus properly. They are little escape artists though. My husband and I started a salt water tank with that intent, but we couldn't sustain the tank properly, and got parasites and had to tear it down. One day though, we will have our own little octo.

yeah he likes both, they are so cute. He sent me a text at work today saying that they discovered a "Veined Octopus" that uses tools to build its home, he wants me to look it up. Sounds cool, smart little boogers
