Alrighty, for those of you that have seen my profile before this one (Swell Sweets = This., shown
here) this is probably an opposite change from the colorhell that it was. As you can see especially from that screenshot, I'm quite a fan of long, elongated profiles. Mainly because I like tons of content, but that's slightly off-point.
It's common taboo that holiday or themed profiles are quite tacky, but to look at the glass half-full instead of empty, I find that they're not; mainly because not everyone has the same inspiration, intuition and thought when it comes to how things should be displayed, shown, and thought out. And that I have
NO IMAGINATION. D8 Hey, people can be semi-intelligent and have no vision you know. It's possible, and I am living proof of that.
That being said, the same goes for v2. I don't exactly love it when someone announces that v2 sucks just because most people have splattereffed profiles that look like crap or that it's "too hard to code". If you look hard enough, others like myself do put effort in! D8< The only difference is the name of the selectors and the "layering" of the sections between the two profile types! But in any case.... yeah. It's basically like creating a cake with all the fixings- we are given tiers of cake, and to assemble them like wedding cakes is our priorit-tay.
Or you could look at CSS (Cascade Style Sheet) coding in the following ways-
