[OH, AND EVERYONE, MY BIRTHDAY IS NOT UNTIL JANUARY. GAIA IS MESSING UP. SO SORRY ABOUT THAT. D:]
LET'S CELEBRATE NEAR'S INSTEAD.

I am Akatsuki-Geisha. (Why do I not add the X's? Because 'Akatsuki-Geisha' was the name of my former account. I was hacked so this is my current account. As far as I am concerned though, Akatsuki-Geisha is what I always will be.) Everything [else]
I feel inclined to ramble about myself is below. Read if you so choose.

THE BASICS PERTAINING TO ME

For starters, if you would like to shorten my name, call me Geisha or Akatsuki. Adding 'chan' (And about anything else, really) is your choice. I'm not too picky when it comes to how I am being addressed.

I like Jane Austen novels/films. (My favorite Austen works are Northanger Abbey, Sense & Sensibility, and Emma) I also hold high regards for Elizabeth Gaskell. Naturally, I am an anime/manga and Disney fan as well. My favorite anime is RomeoxJuliet and I'm eagerly awaiting the English translation of its manga counterpart. A long time favorite, though, is Death Note. If any of you at all remember me in the A/M/C that is what you'll remember me for. If you do not, here's a reminder:

I am a Near supporter. (And perhaps the #1 Near supporter in the A/M/C, as I dearly like to think.) I do fault at times, because there are views of Kira's that I believe in as well, but not more so than Near's. I am in firm belief that there cannot be a set justice, no matter how peaceful and wonderous the intentions may be. We all think differently, and are unique, therefore, I simply don't see how the world could live under specific rules and regulations that are only deemed righteous by one man and his supporters. Which, while there may be alot of Kira supporters, the fact remains, that they do not make up the entire world.
But, that's merely an opinion. If you really want to know why I support Near and like his character, all you have to do is ask. Even if our opinions are vastly different, I will do all that I can to ensure that the debate is civil, even if I disagree. After all, I'm always up for a friendly debate. [But, beware, I'm rusty. I haven't debated this stuff in awhile. SAVE ME.]

Anyway, I'm also a real sap for romantic tradgedies and really like movies based on history. (Titantic, FTW!)
