im sorry
what you do is go to the internet box which will be right next to the wireless internet setup.
then what you want to do is pull the power plug out on the box (not the wireless internet box the regular internet hook-up).
when you do that wait about 2 minutes and make sure that no one is connected to the internet so what no one crashes there own computer.
after that you need to replug the internet back in so that you can re-hook-up your internet.
when you are finished with that your internet should be up and running refreshed.

reset the internet box but make sure no one is logged in or it will crash your computer ok
