Well with the red hair and gray skirt and bowtie she looks just a tad like Orihime Inoue from Bleach, and the headband in your siggy looks a bit Sailor-moonish, so it might have been a combination of the two in my head xd I was just wondering if it was someone I was not aware of. It is very cute.
