Thanks, it's a couple of "The Experiment"s for all the tentacles, the red eyes are from a Black Drome Egg, the skin from Superior Form, got rid of the boxers by using the knickers in Alraune's Rose, but you can use any swimming suit or leaf or similar, and the octobeard, from one of the Pirates of the Caribbean quests. I was feeling like creating something Cthulhu-like.
