The country is beautiful, sure, but it's hard to overlook the government that's overlooking you.
Heh, the Great Wall, or whatever it is? Yeah, it's impressive that they made it, you know, with bricks and mortar and dead bodies, but, really, would I want to go there to walk on it? Just to say I did or what?
Gonline looked like fun. All the items in the shops were super cheap, but I heard that it was really difficult to actually earn gold, so that's kind of offputting. Also, I don't know Chinese and I'm not really motivated to use a translator to well, translate it all. Anyways, I'd probably lose interest. But not if we decided to tell the people there everything going on in the world. And completely undermine their government. Could we get in trouble for discussing current events there?
I'm actually not a big believer of global warming, I just think that the earth goes through cycles/phases, like the Ice Age. Which doesn't actually sound too far off, by the looks of it. Either way, the polar bears deserve their ice caps. Because they are cute and don't kill people very often.
I think papercuts are book's way of defending themselves. But why us? We actually like books. D:
I never met anyone looking for Dan Brown books. Though I kind of wish I did. I only meet people looking for Twilight books or Captain Underpants. And while Captain Underpants is nice and all, at times, I just wish I could hold a conversation with someone who reads something of substance. But at least they don't threaten me. People are surprisingly civil sometimes.
Ha, I remember looking at the later HP books and thinking "Boy, that's a really big book." Which wasn't very articulate but that was what I was thinking. As an outsider looking in, it did look terrifying. Like Rowling was trying to kill her readers by making her books bigger and bigger or something. O: But if it's all story and substance, then that's good. I'd rather read 800 pages of complex storyline than 800 pages of descriptions of vapid characters. Not to name names or anything. P:
Maybe that's why old people don't speak to each other very much. I guess there is a point when there's nothing left to be said. Unless it's to ask someone to change their bedpan, I don't know. But at least they tolerate each other.
We used to have to do exercises in front of the entire PE class and it was pretty embarrassing. We once had to spike a volleyball over the net and the PE teacher had to pull the net down almost to the ground so I could actually get it over. xD But no throwing. That was nice.
I distinctly remember wondering if I was a boy because my voice sounded really low compared to my sister's. Granted, I was about five at the time and I thought that all girls had to have squeaky voices. But now I'm glad I don't have one. Maybe that's why I'm so interested in drag queens and transvestites. A lot of them can dress up really nicely and fool everyone into thinking they're women and then bam, they've got a voice like Arnold Schwarzenegger. Or some other manly guy. Samuel L. Jackson or something. Shock and awe. :>
I never played WoW, sadly. I know people that do, so I know some of their terminology. I would play it, but I doubt my parents would ever see me again. And it doesn't help that my mum thinks that it's about witchcraft. xD
There's a website called itmademyday.com where people post happy things that happened to them. It's nice to see that some people still have nice days. c:
I know nothing about turtle anatomy. All my lessons come from Ninja Turtles. So...I'm guessing they have bodies, but maybe they're somehow attached to the insides of their shells or something. I really hope they are kind of separated because I can't imagine what it'd be like to be crushed. D:
Eh, if he's taller than me, then he's tall. I'm only 5'1" so anyone taller than me is instantly average. xD
If I were interested in panties and bras that weren't mine, I might be interested. Although I never understood how to play TCGs, it's now even more interesting. 8D The only catch is that you have to be famous and attractive enough for strange women to shower you in underwear.

Of course (:
Europe is pretty nice but too much to deal with. I'm going to have to start clearing out the middle east of all evil by showing up in random places and doing live executions lol
You know..to show that I'm serious :'P

Man, I've been bad with replying to comments lately. I'm sorryyyy. Dx
Math is just too complicated. Sure, some people really like it, but those are an elect few that make everyone else look bad. Curse them and their right-thinking brains.
China's a friggin weird place, not one I'd like to visit. They censorship everything and I don't think I could stand that. But they do have Gaia there, right? The Chinese sister, uh, Gonline or something?
The whole one-child thing is stupid. To the government in China, they're pretty much disposable. It's a shame to have such a huge country and limit your population when India has a billion people stuffed into a country a quarter of their size. Seems a little backward, eh?
Books do have the capacity to injure, believe it or not. Papercuts. And plastic jackets that slice your fingers open. D: I once bled over three shelves of books before I realized one of the spiral bindings had cut my finger. Oh, the perils of library work. xD
I was always intimidated by how thick the HP books were. Not that I'm scared of reading long books, but they just seemed so, well, intimidating. But when you really like them, I guess they'd go by pretty fast.
Elderly people are adorable. I love how tolerant they are of each other. And when they do argue, it's cute because they're over benign things and they tell each other strange things. Maybe it's dementia, I don't know. But it's nice that they can stay together for so long. You hardly ever hear an 80-year-old lady talking about her past six husbands, unless they died.
I guess we both have terrible throwing arms. Unless I need to, I avoid throwing things. It's just easier to avoid humiliation that way. xD Punching, on the other hand, is a much more plausible solution. Good sucker punch to the face never hurt anybody. C:
That's true, chicks on MTV do have annoyingly high-pitched voices. But why? Why on earth do they sound like that? Do genes dictate how they speak? Or is it supposed to give them that "I'm wearing booty-shorts and dancing around a pole but I sound like I'm still 8 years old" aura? Either way, it is a bit disturbing. And annoying. :I
Our high school was too lame to have popular groups, even if we did have a lot more people. You just have the main groups: Wankers, or Not Wankers. Fortunately, most of us fit into the Not Wankers category and we got along fine. But no one was into WoW. Which is unfortunate. We could have had a great raid party.
We don't like hearing about children dying from diseases. D: They should make a special news station for people who don't want to watch the regular news. Might not get a lot of viewings, but it'll distract us momentarily from everything else. And polar bears. Dude. We need to move them to the South Pole stat. But would the change of environment (even though they're basically the same) be too much and kill them off faster?
I felt bad for the turtle. Did such a great job at escaping not once, but twice, but was thwarted by a giant foot. I always wondered subconsciously what happened. Did its shell crack or what? Eurgh, imagine what it'd be like to smash a turtle. They're not meant to be smashed. Dx
I've never seen Elijah Woods in any other movie, but Hooligans sounds pretty cool now. How tall is he in that movie? Because I can't imagine him over three feet tall now. xD You'd think that being Frodo in LoTR would land him some pretty big roles but I guess not then.
Maybe they play them like Dungeons and Dragons too then. "My green polka-dotted panties casts a spell on your XXXL plaid bra!"
Oh, great, mental images. Dx
Classical music, for the most part, is very calming but then you have the Russians, who believe in being loud and somewhat obnoxious. You should hear their endings, they take like twenty minutes. I listen to it while I drive because it's soothing, but I don't like listening to it 24/7.
I don't think they're ones for midlife crises. They're pretty set in their ways. Old-fashioned, I guess you could say. If they did, they'd probably listen to Cindi Laupner or whoever was famous in their time, since they weren't interested in them then.
