It's from the Xmas event. If you donated items to the Cheer engine,
check the meter at the bottom of it and there should be a tiny golden
present box. Click it, and that's where you get the tinsel halo. :]

Either they copy the californian girls or they copy the African tribesmen/women. I think it's supposedly a little bit of both. xDD Nonetheless I figured my darker skin tone would give away that it was meant to be an African person
