Well. I fancy my avatars as lovely. I've gotten a bit of both types of comments (good and bad).
But everyone loves my current avatar. My ruggedly handsome Science teacher. xD
It's nice. They're a bit a**l about avatars though.
They prefer them uber-cluttered unless the avatar was made by someone they know and like. Then the avatar is generally good no matter what.
But that's okay. xD
That's nice. The AF for me. I used to go to the GD all the time. But once it became even more of hassle to find interesting things, I moved on.
I check on the GD every once in a while, but generally I stick to the AT. There, I've got something to do and something to discuss. Plus, they inspire me to make better avatars (like my current ruggedly handsome Science teacher). xD
It's alright. Just watch for that.
I judged an avatar contest, entered my entry into a different avatar contest, and started my second round of hosting an avatar quick contest. xD
I have been focusing on Avatar contests for a while, avoiding the WF.
