Accepted. Thank you. I for sure don't know all of it - far from it, but I have a Wordpad doc with all sorts of links to use. They have helped me a lot - and if you want to know anything I'm happy to pm it over. I don't have everything though. biggrin I also used to have RL tanks some years ago. No space for them now. So I've studied a lot of tanks at Gaia as well and looked for the following criteris for my own ideas: balance, harmony, colours, visibility for the fishies and hopefully a theme somewhere which is visible. And I've seen a lot of awesome decorated tanks. biggrin When I get gold enough I'm going to get the new plants which are very look-a-like the real Cryptocoryne and try those instead of some other I have in my tank now. I wish they had Water Lilys... biggrin My aim is to have a tank with a decor as close to the Amazonas as possible. My RL tanks had those fishies and plants. Your tank looks great as it is. biggrin And with some Mermaids - I think it's going to be one of the best. biggrin

That's a great choice. And the mermaid choosen aren't that important. I've found that turltes and mermaids are an excellent combination, although the Memphis seem to trigger more often than Lila today. Turtles does trigger mora than any of them tho. At least that's what I've noticed. I can be wrong however. Can't be online 24/7 and watch every tank. lol That wouls be ridiculous. You're definitely on my list for a future thread. smile Also. Your decor is absolutely spot-on in my opinion. biggrin Good luck with you losvely tank.

It looks good - nice decor too. I also would love to know about your future plans for it. smile
