No.. There's lots of those..
In fact they used to be really popular..
Although here people seem to do "benefits" more..
Pretty much a large expensive dinner (you have to pay for a table etc...)
And it's generally to raise money for a good cause..
Doesn't happen too often anymore though it seems..
I think after the depression here people just kind of drifted off to be alone..
