excuse me for writing in your comment box, but I found your profile page in the forum for "bug reports" and into this forum I posted several times a problem, which also many other users have here on Gaia. But no reaction and no fixing of the problem. So I try this way writing to you in the hope, you can help.
"serial_not_in_owner_location" that became a major problem since many days on this marketplace and since some days also for trades. There are items on marketplace, which are not for sale but in the listings (they impede the progress of the market, which is very bad for vendors, who spent REAL DOLLARs for cash items like RIGs) - and also this "serial_not_in_....." problem now for trades, which is a great impeding for vendors, too, who spent USD for RIGs in the cash shop. I have two trades open, which are not can be finished. Wether cancelling nor starting a new trade is possible, so all further trades with those business partners are blocked! So it makes no sense to buy more of the new RIGs for making profit with them. And I am sorry about my previous spent USD for RIGs. Of course Gaia knows, that vendors use their purchases of those RIGs for making profit on marketplace. Gaia gives new RIGs nearly every month to us - and we vendors buy - so I think Gaia should care about this problems! But it seems, they don't sad

Since you sadly do not answer your pm (and I know we have been a few to pm you about this) I thought I'd come in your comment box.
We are a group of people (and I am sure there is more) who used mobile payment with zong to get gaia cash.
In my case, the 4 transactions were charged, but I only got gaia cash from the first one.
I submitted a billing inquiry here, contacted admins and mods...
The billing inquiry tell me:Contact zong.
I do so (calling them 2 times plus filling their problem reports)
everytime I get told the problem is on gaia side.
And the most insulting thing, other than gaia silence is considered as a fraud legally, is that NO ONE got the balls to address the problem...
Since you are the ZONG responsible, I hope you cna at least address or something.
And take care of the problem.

Posted my problem with zong here an am wondering what can be done about it.
when are we getting our trading passes back? or when are you guys going to do something for it >O
I can't post on the forums. On any forum.
First off I like your profile, its really creative looking.
Secondly, A few people on Gaia (myself included) seem to be having an issue with accessing
certain flash based elements of the site, IE: Towns/Rally/Games/ZOMG!
It seems that when we try to access these features, we get as far as "Connecting to server: Joining Server"
then everything just stops and we can't connect. As a member of Gaia's Development Department, do you have any
suggestions that might help us resolve this minor technical difficulty. We have posted on the "Bugs and Technical Support" forum
but noone seems to know exactly whats causing the problem. We all have the latest version of Flash Player, Shockwave Player, and the newest
versions of our respective web browsers, but we still can't get in. So, any helpful tips for us. If not, can you at least say that Gaia is trying
to fix this problem?
