I happen to like their music. Taste is subjective, but there are some bands that are complete utter s**t no matter your taste. Most of these bands tend to be fairly uncreative, overproduced, and boring. Most pop-rock would fall under this umbrella of s**t.

Deathcore is another common example of this mistake. People get deathcore confused with different genres of metal as well as screamo. Most commenly the screamo and either death/black/doom metal. s**t you not, they get deathcore confused with doom.
