First of all, if I had known you were so sensitive about labels, I wouldn't have sent you one. Honest to God.
Secondly, I did send you one. You didn't like it. I think we've established that have we not? It won't happen again, I promise.
Thirdly, I never called you any names. I've reread my posts and I can vouch for that.
What's done is done. There's no point in hounding me further. It won't change a thing.
I did avoid the feature at first, for this very reason. But after a while, I thought I would try it, because no one takes that crap seriously anyway. At least that's what I thought.
You are the only one who I've labeled that seems to have a problem with it. There's nothing wrong with not liking it, but I get a strong feeling you think less of me and my moral compass because I participated in it. I do NOT appreciate that at all. I do not hurt people intentionally, and I do not start fights intentionally. I'm a strong, intelligent, opinionated individual, as are you, and I think our communication is not...at it's best right now. You are defensive, and so am I. I have already apologized, and still I feel I must defend myself.
So I really have nothing left, I've said what needed to be said. If there are still problems after this then I give up.
Yes, you stated it. And if I had picked it, you wouldn't have complained would you? No. And that is the point I'm getting at.
You may say you dislike labels, or "being judged", but that's only if you hear something you don't like.
I'm sorry if I struck a chord. It wasn't my intention. Labels do not bother me, whether I am the one being labeled or not. Because I know myself better then anyone else, and if I happen to fall into a few categories, I really could care less.
But I suppose not everyone feels that way. Sorry again.
You tell me which label you'd prefer and then say they're all vague and superficial. That's called hypocrisy my dear.
I obviously didn't pick the right one in your eyes. My mistake.
The labels aren't supposed to be taken so seriously (Which is clearly indicated by the hobo). It's fun to match up your friends with something and see if they agree.
If it upsets you that much, I'm sorry. Next time I won't send you anything at all.
Goth wasn't an option. Like I said, for the people I know, I picked the closest thing (in my humble opinion).
If I don't know the person well enough, I just slapped them down as a hobo.
It's just some stupid new feature on Gaia. It does not define who you are.
We're probably all a little bit of each. If people perceive some sort of negative connotation with the label they are given, sorry but that's not my problem.
I'm not going to play a game and get chastised for it because people feel I didn't make the right selection. I anticipated that sort of reaction when I started it, but I figured if people didn't like their label they would just blow it off.
I'm a little pissed, so that's all I'll say.
As for being labeled myself, I find it interesting to see what people think. Does it matter in the big picture of things? No. Although if I get enough 'fashion emergencies' I may have to reevaluate my clothing choices >.<;

This whole thing has gotten out of hand.

Sweeney Todd, the Johnny books, the taste in clothes and movies...you seem pretty dark to me ;3
Horses can be dark, don't you watch Disney movies? Every villain has a black horse with red eyes (which would be sweet in real life).
Sorry if I offended you.
PS: What label would you have given yourself?
Just curious.
Hey, I call 'em as I see 'em. Emo was the darkest thing on there, so deal with it.
Fashion Emergency? I think not, but nice try ;3
