You've probably already read my posts on the Glitched Items thread, but I'm collecting information about users that have been affected.
You've already said there that you cannot trade yet, but I'm wondering if you could drop me a message/PM letting me know whether you still have glitched items and whether you have any mules associated with this (I'm trying to keep all account names together, to represent just one user).
If you could just send me a short message with this info, it'd be greatly appreciated.
Tell me, sir, why haven't the Staff hired you, yet?
Your non-alarmist outlook and intelligent approach to problems is far from the "norm" that seems to haunt the general population, and, as a random lurker who happened to stumble upon some of your comments, I must say, I'm glad people like you still exist. Weird to hear it from somebody you've never met, I'm sure, but believe me when I say I mean every word.
1. There are 4 artists who have enough understanding of the layering system to fix glitches. Two of those artists are on the Battle Team, and do not fix glitches because it is not their jurisdiction/priority. That leaves me and another artist... who happens to be the one that is N/A. Despite what you may think, my team is quite small, considering the demand. And, the layering system is very complicated - it can take up to a year and a half to develop a strong enough understanding to be able to fix glitches without messing things up. It also takes a lot of training, and currently, that training only comes from me - I have trained over 10 sprite artists here at Gaia HQ, and since they are all immediately put on different, higher priority tasks, that once again leaves just me, for the time being.
2. If you haven't received a response from me for the last time you've reported the glitch, and if it has been more than 6 months, you should send me a reminder. Though, I do read everything I get - I just can't respond to everything.
"Maybe you could suggest some platonic solids in the next "What should we make?" contest."
I've thought about it. A ten-pose item, or a fifteen-pose item, or five three-pose items in the style of the Chess Items...but honestly, I don't really want a bunch of Chatterbox n00bs looking exactly like me and I figure that's the most likely result of making Platonic Solid items.
Your avatar comes pretty close to what you "really" look like. Good job! Maybe you could suggest some platonic solids in the next "What should we make?" contest.
