A lonely reaper, a shade of death,
waiting for our final breath.
A-clad in black, a lonesome girl,
as pale as the ocean's precious pearl.
She cannot die, but has no soul,
she's coming here to take us whole.
She's here at last, but do not cry,

As we drift into this pain,
we leave a sodden, crimson stain.
Our soul is gone, but still we live,

She doesn't care, for she can not feel,

Our blood is seeping, the veins run dry,

A black winged angel, a bringer of doom,
brings a fog of fateful gloom.
When she comes, I'll take her hand,
perhaps one day you'll understand.
My life is gone, I am diminished,
you've just begun, you are not finished.
My last breath comes, more like a sigh,
we'll meet again, so say goodbye.
