Hey~! This is the profile of the user called Riviea, who has never once changed her username x3 Riviea has been on Gaia for not very long, but she has been around long enough to not be a newbie of any sort. Unfortunately though, she doesn't have any proof for you, and doesn't really care if you don't believe her claims of not being a newb.Riviea is fourteen years old presently, and has been declared a female since her gender could be discerned. Why she is telling you this is out of politeness, though what this has got to do with you however is not much, and you're more than welcome to skip these rather obnoxious chunks of self-introductory paragraphs if you like :3 Riviea enjoys procrastinating, hates deadlines, is taller than a desk but shorter than a lamp post and has hobbies that include nerdy things like writing, reading and drawing.
But, on Gaia, she does more writing than either of the two. In fact, Riviea roleplays (the main cause of the imbalance between the three) very often and has had so much practice that, with a little bit of time and inspiration, she has written posts that goes up and over 10 paragraphs. She considers herself at least of Adv. Lit level, and churns out around three to four paragraphs on average. However, she has had the misfortune of roleplaying with noncommittal roleplayers more often than she can remember and thus to date has never had a successful one on one roleplay D: Riviea has a somewhat flamboyant style of writing most of the time, though if she is doing something of importance or if it is necessary (like for school essays) she can adopt a style that often brings to mind a stiff-lipped Edwardian. Because of this, Riviea has roleplay posts with often and frequent inserts of rhetorical questions, and she also tends to overlook the importance of balancing the use of passive and active voice, tending to overuse the latter. She is also a bit too 'comma-happy' and is still refining her abilities at using the colons, semi-colons and hyphens to cure her 'comma-happiness'.
Yes, Riviea does play guys and yes she doesn't mind joining yaoi roleplays (she likes all roleplays if that are good basically). She's not about to delve into her moral beliefs or anything like that, so we'll leave it at that. Riviea's characters range from 9 years to as old as 24 years though she tends to lose interest in characters that pass the 25 years age limit. After all, Riv is only fourteen and thus has the mentality of between nine and twenty alternately. Thus, she claims that she hasn't got the mental capacity to understand the matured minds of anyone older than their early twenties, give and take.
Lessee, what else? Well, Riviea is a big fan of Japanese and Korean Pop/Rock music, though she isn't really fond of other asian pop artistes. She also admire cosplays and anime/manga is practically her muse in everything. Her favourite forms of art includes both traditional and digital, and she likes almost every type there is though she has considerably more problems with understanding abstraction as well as surrealism. She thinks her favourite "style" is realism, sort of like the Old School Da Vinci style, with a modern twist. Therefore, she likes the artists that draw that way, amongst which include the infamous Heise, iDnar, Noah-kh and many many others. All on Deviantart of course ;D
P.S. Riviea also likes photo manipulations a lot too.
Riviea is actually a narutard deep down under, but she knows most people don't enjoy naruto fangirlism, and so she doesn't go babbling about the 'omglykettlyhotz' Sasuke, Naruto, Neji or Gaara too for the matter. She knows what they mean when they rave, but she pretends not to. Because it embarrasses her that she sometimes says the exact same things in RL, more often than not to purposefully annoy her friends rather than rave rave. She enjoys fanfiction as long as it's not retarded or badly written or ridiculous and can admit to a huge library of read stories. She prefers BL or yaoi or shounen-ai pairings, though she prefers yaoi over shounen-ai fluff. Because, in her opinion, fluff is even scarier than lemons and makes character terribly non-canon in many many countless cases. Sasuke is not a fluffy type, it's obvious in the manga that he's a complete b*****d yeah? But he's shot down and cutesied by countless fluff authors, something Riviea doesn't like. Thus, Riviea = anti-fluff. Or at least, for most of the time.
In addition to Naruto, Riviea likes D. Gray-man, Shaman King, Scrapped Princess, Ouran High School Host Club and xxxHOLiC. She isn't here to tell you in-depth about who she likes, why she likes them and the hundred-and-one scenes of canon shounen-ai in the anime/manga of either of these series, so she stops here.
