About
What I do is quilt. Not the same kinds of quilts as a stereotypical shufu; my quilts are made of the very fabric of the universe. You can get a glimpse of them by reading what I write. They may seem scary at first, since they are made by cutting things up and sewing them together like a Frankensteinian monster, but I assure you the final purpose is comfort.
Where I'm from is of similar make. I was born in a mind. Or perhaps that mind was born of me. It's hard to tell. What I do know is that where I've been is of little importance, save for the little bits of cloth I've accumulated while there. A quilt made from all the colours of the world must necessarily be the most comfortable, most unique, and paradoxically the most universal.
What makes me tick is, like all people, a set of values. I have as many as the next person, but mine are most carefully chosen. Of note are the yinyang, the trilogy, the syllogism, the vector, the symbol, the lattice, the induction, joy, and love. There is a bit of each of these in every little chunk of fabric that makes up my quilts. If you share but one of these values - and I dare say if you share none, you can hardly be called alive - then we will find agreement somewhere and you will find comfort in my quilts.

BLAIR!!!!!!!!!!!! SUP?!
Thanx 4 the buy!
XD, well that is fine, we can't always remember where we are in a cycle (like the cellular respiration cycle x.x).
Oh, I see. Then isn't saying how misunderstanding is founded on difference in meaning basically self-evident, in that the two are synymous? And I would say most (an overwhelming majoirty) of strife is founded on difference in meaning, while others it is the very meaning of something that brings one(or a group) grief, or opposition.
Ah, I see. Well I interpret the symbol as the traits of knowledge or rather intelligence, now it is up to me to figure what the seven are. What about your take on the symbol? I need to view the symbol from various perspectives. wink
That is a clever connection, XD.
Strange, you are on, but it does not say you are on as a friend.
Anyways, it was in regards to age as we prescribe in the social contruct of time, and you answered. In regards to your metaphysically subjective deaths and rebirths, have you recent died or rebirthed?
I wuld not say all strife is founded on misunderstanding, nor misunderstanding founded on difference in meaning all the time. Many misunderstandings are found not in difference of meaning, but difference of interpretation of something that has an objective meaning (though such a meaning may be unknowable). Interpretation does not necessarily equate meaning. However, I would definetely agree that many misunderstandings do come from difference in meaning as well, such as competing armies, each with their own meanings and intentions that opposes that of another. Will it ever end? Call me pessimistic, but I do not believe it shall, but that does not mean that in this instance, we may strive to bring strife to lower levels, attempt to better people that in regards to society as of now would very well see it as good and beneficial. However, by letting one take personal meaning from the symbol, does that not facilitate difference in meaning which may lead to, not necessarily strife, but "dispute"?
P.S. Where did you get your name from?
Two questions: How old are you?
And, what is that symbol in the background of your profile?
Having read your profile, I think the best way to dismiss you would be to quote The Princess Bride: truly, you have a dizzying intellect.
I don't know if you're trying to be sarcastic or not, but if you are, I don't appreciate it. Keep comments related to the thread off of my profile.
It comes from the third volume of the Azumanga manga. There are loads of little sketches of the characters in it, so Tomo being crazy, Sakaki being quiet, Osaka running holding a barcode ect, each labelled `You belong`. I thought it summed up the series quite nicely.
*hugs back*
Oh, sorry. n.n;;
How did I not notice that? XD;;
Kinda, you say? o:
